You can get the gist of it off Youtube. Bulma teased Vegeta by making him wear a pink shirt with yellow pants. He was astounded by her ability to maintain a green afro. He gets hurt while training and Bulma stays by his side to nurse him back to health. They get married and make babies. Later, Vegeta has a mid-life crisis. Probably because they named their daughter Bra.

Batsu, Goten was born after Goku died because Goku and Chichi got it on before he died. It takes nine months (give or take a few weeks) for the average baby to develop before being born. Think before commenting.

It happened because Toriyama has confessed to being bad at writing romance. So he skipped over pretty much all the development and went straight to the babies popping. It happened because that's how he wanted it to happen. Analyzing it isn't really gonna get you anywhere. :/

Batsu, there's a scene from Cell Saga that practically implies Goku and Chichi got it on after his heart attack/heart disease was cured before he went off to train in the HTC with Gohan; but then that gets confusing due to the time gap between the Cell Saga and the Majin Saga. Of course, Bulma and Vegeta don't have to be married; they could be practicing civil law marriage, or domestic partnership. Who knows? Only Toriyama...
