As a previous commenter stated, and I concur with, Miyuki is a man. Not just in the japanese version either. In the english anime, Yusuke gropes his breasts, to which Miyuki gets angry for, and everyone else chastises him for. And upon beating Miyuki up, Yusuke points out that "the family jewels have not been stolen" saying that after grabbing his breasts, something didn't feel right, so to make sure he grabbed his crotch and his suspicions were confirmed. So futanari tag removed.
