lol MasterZero...the claim you're refering to, is a FANART (obviously made by a NaruSaku fan) in which Naruto said he "was fine with small breasts"...but again, that's only NaruSaku FANART.

Also, in the manga, Naruto's Sexy no Jutsu forms prove that he's NOT one of those people who like small breasts...he likes them big.
