Cecil obviously just married Rosa to keep up appearances, and she's locked in a loveless marriage while he and Kain have "strategy" meetings.

Meanwhile, Rydia is trying to find a way to get Edge to stop stalking her that doesn't involving summoning every magical being she can find to nuke him from a distance.
