there is no less chance that she can get pregnant at 10 than 15, a female can conceive as young as 9, in really extreme cases even 7 or 8, but at that point anything under twelve can cause all kinds of internal damage and they would have to have a cesarean.

Though I'm not here to encourage this sort of thing cause I'm NOT... The youngest recorded pregnancy in history was at age 5 or something.
