I think she's tasting things (Cirno's wings, Mystia's finger). Judging from the last panel, she ticked someone off. Probably Sakuya, since she's sucking on Meiling's hair in that panel and the weapon implanted in her head is a knife.
Not sure what's up with the hot sauce in panel 5, though. (Or is that panel 4? Hard to say.)
