My translation: "You mean the 'white stuff; that makes you pretty?"
Apparently there's another translation for なに, which in this case could change the meaning to:
"The 'white stuff' that makes you pretty, sex?"
Yeah doesn't flow as well.
In any case I think the girl is asking the guy for his semen, and he's confirming her request.

Text is styled in the format of the u149 episode titles, which are riddles. So it can be interpreted in a few ways.
Literally: What is the "hakumono" that makes something "kirei".
kirei:???usually means pretty, sometimes means neat/clean
hakumono:?????root of the riddle, various interpretations of ?? + ? (mono:thing).
haku:?:white
haku:??:to wear on the lower half (socks, pantsu, etc)
haku:??:to sweep, to brush
So it could be lines like: What is the the thing you wear (lower half) that makes you pretty? What is the white thing that makes you pretty?
But the most likely interpretation is: What is the sweeping thing that makes things clean?
To which, the answer is a broom. ?
