I swear, there's probably going to be an arc where one of the amazons (probably Marguerite) sends word to Luffy about how the marines discovered Hancock was helping him and took her to their quarters in the NW...and the Tenryuubito are going to be involved. So Luffy and his gang will go and save her Enies Lobby-style, after which she finally gets him to "promise" that once her becomes the pirate king, he'll go back to AL and take her as his queen :)

Guessing what Oda might come up with is like trying to win the lottery. Oda is very well known for his spontaneous storyline that unfolds in his manga. Nothing linear in One Piece, it's kind of like a chain reaction where every thing in his manga offshoots into his large vast world he created.
