Not quite sure. If I had to guess, I'd say it's because her legs look disproportionately large in comparison to her upper body (but this is probably because of perspective, and not an actual error).

Only error I perceive is the one where the tagger thought there was an error.
Her hair is on the right side, same with the bow... no extra toes, or broken bones due to stupid angles, ass is cute, and pussy is in the right place... her left hand is indeed her left hand, no amputations of limbs, colors all match.
Merely my opinion but anything in this image thats an "error" is just the style.
