Arisu no Takarabako
Don't know if that's a joke name, but that's listed as the artist of a manga that looks remarkably similar in style, so I think they're the same.

It's the same artist but it I don't think it's a joke name, I think Arisu no Takarabako is probably a manga/dojin circle while Mizuryu Kei is more likely the name/pen-name of the artist. either way its the same.
