Given that Tsunade was flat as a gennin, and Sakura wasn't: yes. However, Tsunade also made gennin at a younger age than Sakura did, so her being flat is a little more acceptable

I know that the picture on each side of the teams(Team Tobirama/Hasirama, Team Hiruzen, and Team Minato) are their legal "first team up" picture-taking, but I doubt about the Team Kakashi pic.
