An episode of her pregnancy would be awesome.
A scene of when they find out she's pregnant.
Weird food cravings.
Then some random bouts of horniness and she is ambushing Minato for sex.
The two of them talking to her full belly telling Naruto how much they love him.
If they don't want to do a full episode, then do the seperate scenes as omakes at the end of episodes after Naruto meets Kushina during the meditation.

I hate how the story did some last mintue tactless background for Naruto's parents. I mean, Kishi has stretched the story behind the Uchiha and their horrible past & rightful "place" as rulers of the world; and the main character gets a cheap hand-me-down for a backstory.
