This is not a Sentai parody, but rather a Kamen Rider parody. Looks like a Kamen Rider Blade parody too.

NOTE: Sentai is not a TV genre. Sentai refers specifically to the original Japanese version of Power Rangers. Tokusatsu is the genre, which includes both Sentai and Kamen Rider.
