that's not Nazi, for Nazi's sign looks like beveled double S. This is the "manji", or swastika. originally symbolizes good luck.

@anon 4 Nowadays in Buddhism the manji is mostly used as 卍, and one of the reason is to tell it from Nazi's logo.
Buddhism's swastika is upright, while nazi's logo is sloped. like what it is in this pic:

I'm anon 5, I searched for more information and I'd add sth. In brief, whether it should be clockwise or not in religion dues to the times, the place where it's drawn, and the difference of denominations. but one thing could be certain, that is, Nazi's logo is sloped.
