I don't think snapping someone's neck is as easy as it appears on the movies. Her only advantage is that the guy is unprepared for something like that in a situation like this, but in their pose it doesn't appear like she can rotate his head so fast and hard to make his neck snap. She can only try to squeeze really hard, but that's choking, and the guy is probably way stronger than she is.
