| Used when the areola of the nipple is visible, but the central part of the nipple is not.
Similar to, but incompatible with, [[nipple_slip]]. Only one of these tags can be used on an image, and nipple_slip takes precedence. Unlike nipple_slip, which only covers (ha ha) accidental reveals, due to either [[bouncing_breasts]] or [[wardrobe_malfunction]]; areola_slip is used whenever the areola is revealed, even intentionally. | Used when the areola of the nipple is visible, but the central part of the nipple is not.
Created to replace the now depreciated [[areola]] and [[areolae]] tags, which were originally intended to mean the same thing. Unfortunately, this fails the [[common_knowledge_test]], where the definition of the tag was different from the word it was made of. Eventually [[areola]] came to be used [i]whenever[/i] the areola was visible, which is obviously redundant with the [[nipples]] tag.
