Now Viewing: ban_keikoTag type: Character The mother of Ban Kenji. She is a wealthy brown haired woman who wears a yellow dress and carries around an umbrella. She is a supporting character from Heartcatch Precure! and first appears in episode 18. She is a kind and affectionate woman who deeply loves and trusts her son Kenji who, as far as she knows, has never lied to her. Kenji, however, is scared that she won't understand or accept his dream of becoming a mangaka because she comes from a household that has never touched manga so he keeps his passion a secret. After she makes a surprise appearance when Tsubomi, Kenji, and Erika are working on Kenji's manga, Kenji decides to admit that he created the manga they were working on and runs away before the shocked Keiko can respond. After Cure Blossom and Marine save Kenji from the Desertrians, Keiko assures Kenji that she will support his dream. She is voiced by Inoue_Kikuko.
