She is a brown haired teen girl with short hair. In Ame-Comi Girls she is depicted with black hair with pink highlights. She grew up in a Gotham without Batman due to Bruce deciding to retire after the tragic demise of previous Robin Jason Todd. In Batman's absence, crime has gotten even worse. Carrie was also born to a duo of irresponsible parents, forcing her to take care of herself. She meets Batman for the first time the very night Bruce decides to return to being Batman. Bruce saves her from the Mutant gang. After being rescued, Carrie becomes interested in and gains admiration for Batman. She decides to become the new Robin and secretly help Batman. She becomes Batman's official sidekick after she helps save Batman from the Mutant Leader. She is a loyal and resourceful girl with great acrobatic skills who Batman comes to see as a surrogate daughter. She is voiced by Anndi McAffee (The New Batman Adventures), Ariel Winter (The Dark Knight Returns), and Scott Menville (Teen Titans Go!)
