He is one of the most evil characters in the series, having been a serial killer under the guise of a kindly doctor but in reality gruesomely murdered people at a hospital and enjoyed every minute of it. As a youth, he would pretend to be a good kid and volunteer to take care of the elderly, but what he really wanted was to torment them further. His actions were repulsive enough that even the main villain of the arc Diavolo is disgusted by him. His Stand is Green Day, a mold that eats people's flesh, and which also gives him the ability to dismember himself and keep his limbs functioning. Secco often hangs around him.
