It was shouted by an audience member right when Chun-li uses a Super and it looks like Justin's going to win as Justin has already won one round and Daigo's Ken has so little health that he can't afford to take a hit or even block, but then Daigo manages to parry every kick in Chun-li's super and wins the round, and eventually the match, to the amazement of everyone in the audience. The audience even begins cheering before Daigo finishes the parry and the audience's enthusiasm intensifies once Daigo's Ken defeats Chun-li. The meme often appears on Nico Nico videos of tournament matches featuring American players.
