She is a rabbit girl who only wants peace and quiet, but never gets her message across properly. Instead of saying "Urusai", it comes out "Usai" ("Shup!"), meaning no one takes her seriously. She wears a bright blue outfit (matching the bunny ear headband she has) and sports long, blonde_hair, red_eyes and a clock necklace.
