The post-WWII/Soviet/Kai2 form of Hibiki_(Kantai_Collection) as she appears in in the game Kantai_Collection. She replaces the sailor shirt shared with the rest of the Akatsuki class with a belted button-up sailor shirt, takes thighhighs instead of pantyhose, and her hat is now white with red trimmings, as well as hammer_and_sickle and star pins on the hat. Her personality is still the same, but her Russian vocabulary has slightly expanded. Often nicknamed "Bep" (as if the cyrillic letters "Вер" were read as Latin letters), "Beppu" ("別府", same thing but as a pun to the city of the same name) or "Nuinui" ("ヌイヌイ", like Shiranui_(Kantai_Collection), so it's not uncommon to see the two being paired together) as her name might be difficult to pronounce for the Japanese (and most non-Russian speakers alike).
