He is a white haired young man who wears sunglasses. Unlike most example of anime characters with white hair, his hair is not naturally white. It turned white after the trauma of witnessing his beloved older sister Tomoe's accidental death by Kenshin's sword. After Tomoe's death, Enishi often sees visions of her. Since then, he has sworn to exact vengeance on Kenshin. He resurfaces as a powerful crime boss many years after his sister's death and announces his intentions towards Kenshin. He does not want to merely kill Kenshin, he wants Kenshin to suffer the pain he felt upon losing his sister. He begins his revenge plan by destroying the restaurant Kenshin frequents before moving on to invading the Kamiya dojo, intending to crush everything Kenshin holds dear.
