Chinpo ni wa katenakatta yo ("I couldn't win against the penis") refers to a pair of phrases based on Circle Kiryuu_Kazumasa_(Bitch_Bokujou)'s 2007 Lyrical_Nanoha doujin: "Chotto Bitch na Fate Mama". One of the two phrases is sometimes omitted. It is a subset of the "almost comically instant loss" ("即堕ち" [1]) meme/fetish, along with the infamous instant_loss_2koma. In the doujin "Chotto Bitch na Fate Mama", Fate_Testarossa vowed to Takamachi_Nanoha in her mind that she would never surrender to the penis of an old fat mama's boy. Just three pages later, she accepted her surrender to his penis. When the images were posted to Futaba_Channel, they omitted the two pages in between and made the scene more funny.
