He was first introduced in Shiritsu_Justice_Gakuen LEGION OF HEROES, the first game in the series, internationally known as Rival Schools: United by Fate. He is known as the "Superhuman Gang Leader." Gan is a student from Gedo High and member of the school's gang. Gan is a very big and fun-loving guy with immense physical strength, which is the only thing worth his pride. He wears a modified green gakuran with no socks and geta. Both Gan and Boman_Delgado are voiced by Nagasako_Takashi.
