Now Viewing: KrummlaufTag type: General A device for the German WW2 Stg-44 assault rifle. It is a curved length of barrel which attaches onto the muzzle of the rifle, allowing the user to shoot from around a corner, complete with a small mirror which helps you see the device's front sight when it's around the corner, letting you aim while staying in cover. Had a limited lifespan of about 200 or 300 shots before it breaks down, but was generally not intended to be used in full-auto. Was somewhat liked by German soldiers who had them for its occasional usefulness in urban combat, but was not used frequently. Somewhat similar concepts were also tried by the US Army and the Red Army during the war.
