One example is Link from the Legend of Zelda series. Even though he is shown using his right hand in Twilight Princess (Wii Version), he is still left-handed. (The change was done to benefit the majority of right-handed gamers.) in fact, the entire game was flipped due to this change, not just link! compare it to he Gamecube Version and see for yourself!
