He is Jack's opposite in appearance, being a dark haired young man with a pretty boyish appearance. He is a BPS agent and more idealistic in personality in contrast to Jack's bitter and grumpy attitude, but Leo can be quite hotheaded and is willing to dish out trash talk during fights. He is sent, along with Nikolai and Sasha, to apprehend Maxmilian Caxton, but Leo really wants to peacefully bring back his friend and mentor, which puts him into an escalating conflict with Nikolai who intends to use more violent means to apprehend Max. Like many characters in the game, parts of his body are cybernetic and he can extend blades out of his body. He also tends to use kicks in combat. He is voiced by Tochi_Hiroki.
