In the original manga, the readers are never shown what she looks like and Jotaro and co. only directly confront her Stand High Priestess, which has the ability to take the shape of metallic objects. When Capcom decided to include her as a playable character in the fighting game Araki Hirohiko had to come up with a new design. In the fighting game, Midler is depicted as a young woman who wears the most revealing outfit in the game; she has no shirt and only wears a very skimpy starfish bikini and a head dress.
