Now Viewing: mikisugi_aikurouTag type: Character A blue haired man with messy blue hair and wears sunglasses. He is the homeroom teacher for Matoi Ryuuko and Mankanshoku Mako. He is a seemingly quiet, unassuming, and submissive man with a penchant for delivering extremely boring lectures about fascism. His lectures are so mind-numbingly dull that the perpetually cheerful and energetic Mako opts to take a nap during class rather than listen to his lectures. Matoi and Mankanshoku's classmates are awake but equally uninterested. He seems to be just another teacher who is powerless against Hounnoji's student council. . . But that is he wants others to think. In reality, he is planning to undermine the student council and is posing as a bland homeroom teacher as his cover. He becomes Ryuuko's secret ally. He was acquainted with Matoi's father and it is he who secretly led Ryuuko to the special living uniform Senketsu which gives Ryuuko a fighting chance against Kiryuuin Satsuki. Ryuuko eventually realizes that it was him who helped her but she remains suspicious of him which is exacerbated by his refusal to give her straight answers to her questions. Although he prefers to avoid direct confrontation to maintain his cover, he is proficient in using needles and can freeze people into place by inserting his needles in the right spots. When he shows his true colors, he slicks his hair back and removes his sunglasses. He becomes a considerably more handsome man and becomes a considerably more lively man who has an odd habit of stripping and making sensual poses while giving out information His clothing also seems to slide off of his body without him having to remove it with his hands. He also prefers to wear as little clothing as possible and is one of the main sources of male fanservice in the series. His true persona is often accompanied by the first half of the song Inuka Saru from the Kill la Kill OST. He is part of an organization resisting Satsuki's rule called Nudist Beach. He has a close relationship with Kinagase Tsumugu who is also a member of said organization. On the battlefield he pilots a mecha called Dotonbori Robo which shoots needles as bullets. However, he despises the name Dotonbori Robo and strongly insists on calling it DTR to the point that he will make others call it DTR as well. He is voiced by Miki_Shinichiro.
