You play as Marina Liteyears, a green haired robot girl, as she attempts to rescue her chronically kidnapped inventor Professor Theo from an evil empire. The game is built around Marina's ability to grab, throw, and shake almost everything that's not nailed to the ground. This includes things like the enemies themselves, bullets, missiles, and even lasers. The game is presented like an anime spoof. At the end of each world, there is a bit of ending narration, much like an end of an episode of an anime TV series and quite a few anime conventions show up in the game's intentionally goofy story.
