A large proportion of her body is made up of cybernetic enhancements and her outfit resembles a bodysuit. She is part of the Winds of Destruction and is associated with the Russian terrorist Andrey Dolsaev. Although Dolsaev is attracted to her, she is only associating with him as part of fulfilling the private military contractor Desperado's agenda. Mistral takes in an interest in Raiden and believes that the two of them are kindred spirits because they both were raised on the battlefield and grew up killing people. Mistral believes that she and Raiden belong on the battlefield and that there's no place for people like them in the civilian world. She uses a weapon formed by breaking apart the arms of Dwarf Gekkos. She also utilizes Dwarf Gekko arms as extra arms for her and in her battle with Raiden uses large groups of Dwarf Gekkos to distract him.
