Naoto is the last character to join Yuu's party. The female population of Yasogami High plus Kanji, much to his confusion, finds Naoto very appealing. Naoto is a serious young ace detective in Inaba investigating the recent murders and questions Yuu and co about them. Yuu and the others keep Naoto in the dark which frustrates the detective and leads the teen to take much more risky solution to nab the killer. Naoto is also the star of the spinoff novel Persona X Detective sporting a new look. Naoto is voiced by Paku Romi.
