I don't understand how to add ratings to blacklist or search now. It doesn't come up as rating: anymore.

You just have to type in the full thing (ie "rating:general, "rating:sensitive", ect).
I don't think it's ever worked on Gelbooru like it has on Danbooru where it autofills after you type in "rating:".

You can't. You'll need to use the full URL. Not just for ratings, but for all tags.

SFW posts just should just not be allowed. There are bots that upload here with incomplete or incorrect tags. It's only a matter of time before any one is going to run into a titty or three even with the general tag filter on.
Oh, and this is completely ignoring the fact that literally all of the ads on the site are animated ads of explicit sexual acts.
This is a waste of space that is an impedance to the heathen pornography we all come here for.
