When I arrived to this place I was passionate about change and improving things too. But I changed over time.
I learned that stuff is done in that way because, probably there is no other way. But hey, you can always suggest improvements in the Trac. I heard that the developer of this site, yes, just one, reads the suggestions there.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I agree the site is broken as hell in many aspects, and the admins and site workers do make confusing ass, flawed decisions, but demanding a "hire me or ban me" response from an admin is just kinda dumb.
