Howa Type 64, for the rifle. Japanese 7.62x51mm reduced-power "assault" rifle. Ordinarily, in the rest of the world, that's a battle rifle round, but the Japanese use a reduced bullet weight and powder charge size, for less power and, most importantly from a comfort standpoind, less recoil.
