Anon1, not entirely sure, but it is possible, at least in my view, that the "artist's intent" was instead of urination that Flonne be squirting (properly called female ejaculation) but botched the anatomy or something like that.

Can anyone verify this one way or the other?

Personally, as one who also does not care for urination pics, I'm interpreting it as a botched attempt at female ejeaculation -- plus, look at the "stream" from her: it's far closer to a clearish-white than the far more typical clearish-yellow.
