Neji, fire bird silhouette, i think we all know what that means. It's been years since i stopped bothering to read the little things that kishimoto puts in his stuff, mainly because it's too hard and it kind of ruins the story afterwards.

Neji died, but the people eaten by the death god got out of its stomach, and are back. This includes all the Hokage, half the nine tails, and Orochimaru.

Besides, if it was Neji he would be wearing a chunin vest instead of the First Hokage's armor.
