the 3 Mays are Sapphire with Ruby from the Special Manga in the top block May from ORAS game with Steven in the middle block and May from the Anime with Drew in the bottem block
As for White its Black and White from the Manga in the Left block and N with the female Protagonist/Hilda/Touko from the Game in the right Technically different universes

My interpretation:
The characters in panels that begin with "pksp" are from the Pokemon Special/Adventures manga. For those that read it, you probably already know that the relationship expressed between the characters in these cases are either canon or strongly suggested in the manga.
Panels from the "game", i believe, depict the most popular pairings among fans who played the games.
Hilda x N was no question the most popular pairing in B/W with more fan-arts than all the other pairings in that game.
I think the same can be said for May x Steven in R/S (OR/AS).
Panels beginning with "anpk" are from the anime. The characters here show some signs of chemistry according to certain episodes/scenes in the anime but they are implied at best and kept to the bare minimum since it is a children's show. Not surprisingly, fans always manage to pick them up and make pairings out of them.
